Chris enjoys both the theory and practical parts of the Automotive programme. Chris’s goal is to become a qualified mechanic: “I have an after-school job in an automotive workshop and I’m hoping to get an automotive apprenticeship in the future.
“The tutors at Trades are great. We get plenty of chances to ask questions and we can work in our own time.” One of the advantages of Trades is learning alongside other students with the same interests. “The work is not as difficult as it would be if I was working on my own.”
