We’re at their service,
and we couldn’t exist without them
Our partners are the heart of why we created the academy. They include local secondary schools (both teachers and students), trainers and industry – like local businesses and employers.
A big "thank you"
So, a big thank you to all our industry and training partners for supporting our local young people
– together we’re doing the exciting work of providing New Zealand with a skilled and enthusiastic workforce.
We couldn’t do it without you!
How we work with our partners
Our role is ‘match-making’ our partners with each other so that:
- students get the skills they want and need to prepare for life-after-school
- employers get talented, skilled, work-ready employees
- tertiary educators gain keen new students, ready for advanced learning.
Our partners are the heart of why we created the academy. They include local secondary schools (both teachers and students), tertiary providers, tutors and industry.
We’re at their service, and we couldn’t exist without them.

- get access to the rising talent, enthusiasm and fresh ideas of the next generation
- expand their networks
- improve their profile in the community (e.g. prize sponsorship)
- have input into which skills future employees bring to their businesses
- get great returns – like next generation employees who know what they’re doing.
